Snap to Edge

To dock the ControlCenter to an edge of the screen, mark the checkbox. You can then press mouse button 1 on the Clock Shift+mouse button 1 anywhere and drag the ControlCenter to dock it to an edge of the screen.

Reduce Desktop Size

When the Snap to Edge checkbox is marked, this option can be selected. Marking this checkbox prevents other windows from overlapping the Control Center.

Auto-Hide the ControlCenter

Once you access the ControlCenter using the mouse activation feature, you can choose to keep the ControlCenter visible by unmarking the Auto-Hide checkbox. To automatically hide the ControlCenter as soon as you move the mouse away from the ControlCenter, mark the checkbox beside Auto-Hide.

Run on Startup

To automatically run the ControlCenter when the system initializes, mark this checkbox.

Use Status Colors on Drive Meters

The Drive Sections of the ControlCenter will display in different colors depending on the amount of freespace available on the drive.

Customizing the Paint Priority

Updating each section of the ControlCenter can consume valuable CPU time, so a background thread has been set up for all painting tasks in the ControlCenter. Paint priority assigns a priority to this thread, depending on how many programs you run on your Windows desktop, and how the ControlCenter may interact with those programs. The default priority is Medium. Use the drop-down listbox to  increase priority High or to decrease priority to Low.

Icon Options

ControlCenters can be displayed as a running process on the Windows Taskbar, as part of the System Tray (next to the clock), or the dipslay of the ControlCenter icon can be suppressed altogether. The default setting is to display the ControlCenter like any other application in the Taskbar.

Reset Defaults

The Reset Defaults button changes the section order and color/font scheme to the default that was installed.
