Applications created with DesktopX Professional LX may not be sold or used to promote a product, service, or website. That includes non-profit websites. It is for personal use. That means recipients of generated applications should be known by the licensee.

If you are interested in creating stand-alone applications to be hosted on your website for mass distribution, or to promote your website, company, product, or service, or if you intend to sell your application, you must purchase the non-LX version of DesktopX Professional.
