DesktopX Professional:
Commercial Use
Applications created with
DesktopX Professional may be sold
(either on your website or as part of a commercial offering) or used to
promote a product, service, or website.
The source material for these applications must be of
your own creation or appropriately licensed material to which you have
the rights. You may NOT take DesktopX objects or source materials from
other websites in order to create standalone applications with them. You
may not operate as a reseller for applications made with
third-party source materials.
You may not use the DesktopX Professional
software as part of an automated service, script, website, webservice,
or other offering to automatically create standalone applications.
You may not create desktop themes for resale with
DesktopX Professional. However, you can contact Stardock for information
on volume licensing of DesktopX Professional for use with desktop themes
(pricing adjusted by volume).
DesktopX Professional
includes support for common UI and Internet
Explorer controls (that can be used on any
target platform with the appropriate level
of IE installed).
