Beware - if any of the following apply to you, tread carefully.
Starting DesktopX The installation method will vary depending on whether you are working with the standalone or Object Desktop version of DesktopX. If you are using the standalone DX, it will have it's own installer, and will create a DesktopX icon in your Start Menu. To run DesktopX simply launch the program using this icon. If you are an Object Desktop user you can download the latest version of DesktopX using the component manager. You wil need to ensure that Beta components are visible for download, by selecting an appropriate option from the dropdown list that appears on the download screen. This will create a DesktopX icon in the Object Desktop program group. To run DesktopX simply launch the program using this icon. Glossary Throughout this site you will see several terms used frequently. Here I will start by defining a few. If you want others adding drop me a line.
