As with all other Stardock software the user community is vibrant and friendly. There are two areas where you can frequently get rapid assistance with any queries that you have:

1. IRC

Check out the #stardock channel using any EFnet server. This is regularly populated with both Stardock staff and more experienced users.
2. Newsgroups There are several DesktopX newsgroup on the news.stardock.com server. You will often find help here, or maybe find that your question has already been answered. news://news.stardock.com/stardock.desktopx
