With it, graphics designers can literally design their user interface and assign what buttons and other GUI elements do and then export the finished program as an executable that will run on any version of Windows.

It natively supports such advanced features as animation, alpha blending, shadows, button states and more.

ImpressionCreator comes with several templates to start with or you can create your own with your favorite graphics package.
