Clicking the right mouse button on the Control Center will bring up a list of some common operations that can be performed. The image on the left above shows the menu available presented via the default Control Center in its "docked" state. The second image, differing only in the first two options available, is of an undocked Control Center.

AutoHide

When a Control Center is "docked" to one edge of the screen, by default it is always visible. Selecting AutoHide will slide the Control Center off the edge of the screen when the user moves the mouse away from it. To restore the Control Center, simply move the mouse to the edge of the screen where the Control Center is docked and it will pop back into place. The Activation tab under Properties can also be used to configure additional "hot-spots" on the screen to restore the Control Center to the desktop.

Show Title

As the default configuration for the Control Center is in a docked state, the display of the Control Center's titlebar is disabled by default. When in an undocked state, this option may be selected to display the Control Center's titlebar.

Undock/Dock

Selecting Undock will unlock the Control Center from the edge of the screen and allow it to be resized and placed anywhere on the desktop. Selecting the Dock option will reenable docking to a screen edge. The edge the Control Center is currently docked at can be altered by using Shift+mouse button 1 (generally the left mouse button) to drag the Control Center to another edge of the screen.

Retrieve Windows

All open windows on any open Virtual Desktop will be "retrieved" and placed in the current Virtual Desktop.

Always on Top

Enabling the Always on Top option will cause the Control Center to "float" to the top of any open windows on the screen. This ensures that the Control Center is always accessible, regardless of whether your other applications may be in a maximized state that would otherwise prevent the Control Center from being accessed.
