WinStyles

does, WinStyles handles it all for you. You no longer worry what
does the skinning or icon changing or theming, WinStyles does it
for you.

can use WinStyles to create and apply suites that make Windows
appear similarly to other operating systems...

you can use WinStyles to make your desktop look completely new.

to share your desktop with others but didn't create the actual
skins and themes that make it up? WinStyles can create .suite
files in which can then be traded. When WinStyles applies a .suite
file, it will go out and download the necessary parts it needs.

incremented and maintains full control.
