Task Manager

Question:

? Sometimes the Task Manager comes up ok, but other times it appears as the plain OS/2 windows list. What am I doing wrong?

Possible reason:

Warp v4's Voice Type Dictation disables our Task Manager when invoked.

Answer:

! We do not have a work around for this problem yet, but some customers have claimed to keep the Task Manager active by activating the Task Manager and Voice Type Dictation at the same time.

Question:

? The Task Manager displays itself on the screen immediately after I boot up, with me activating it.

Possible reason:

This is a known problem. When Object Desktop's Browse mode is enabled the Task Manager displays itself at boot up time.

Answer:

! Disable Browse mode from Object Desktop's Master Setup.
