Question:

I just tried to install PlusPak and it gives me an error "Could not register class." What should I do?

Possible reason:

1) Your LIBPATH does not contain a .; 2) You are running it from a different directory than PlusPak installation is in.

Answer:

Make sure you are running from the command line. If you still have problems, try adding your instalation directory to the LIBPATH config.sys and rebooting. A sure solution is to just copy GFOS2.DLL into your \OS2\DLL directory. If that doesn't work, contact us.

I get a SYS3171 when trying to create an undo scheme or when extracting to a scheme.

PlusPak is failing upon trying to save your bitmap information.
