Stardock has created together a series of weather images that may be used by authors as long as the following conditions are observed:

1) You may not use them in a product that is connected to a commercial (non-free) product without Stardock's permission.

2) If your product is freeware and has no connections to a commercial product you may use this as long as you include Stardock's (c) and include the permission.txt (that is in the files) in with your distribution that is inside the ZIP files from below.

3) You must point back to this page in your about box or some other reasonably prominent place in your program: http://www.stardock.com/weather.asp

4) You must email corpsales@stardock.com to let us know that you are using them and obtain permission.

Please be aware that these weather images took a lot of effort. They are not public domain. We allow developers to use them as long as they take care to preserve our copyright on them.
