Will Star control: Origins contain a cloaking device for the flagship?

That would be incredibly cool to have since SC2 was rumored to have it.. http://wiki.uqm.stack.nl/Hoaxes_and_Rumours_FAQ

I even whipped up a fake screenshot about it, I think this was 1999 or 2000, to troll everyone into thinking that SC2 actually had a cloaking device

So, pretty please? Can we have a cloaking device?
