Star Control Founders Vault

Good evening Stardock,
The founders vault page is giving me a runtime fault when I attempt to log in. It states I need to be connected to an internal machine to access. Please check to see what may be going on. I have attempted to even log in through igcongnito mode in case it was a cache issue. Thanks in advance, much appreciated.
