Will UrQuan Master's voice and music remix packs add to the Steam version?

I want to buy the bundle.  Will the T4B (http://sc2.sourceforge.net/downloads.php) content work with the Steam version?

 

Also, any chance we can get post-processing effects added to Star Control 2?
