Searching for Planet Names?

Does anybody know if there is going to be a way to search for specific planets by name?
For those Founders who got to name a planet, and I'd love it if we were able to hone right in on it rather than spend hours just randomly searching for it.
Sidenote--is there a possibility that Founders will have a say in their planet's design, or is it too late for that?
