Game Freezes About 2 Minutes After Loading In

About 1 or 2 minutes after loading into a game or starting a new one my screen freezes. It doesn't crash, the screen just freezes. It has nothing to do with WiFi and I know my computer can run the game since I've played many hours previous to this issue without trouble. I have my graphics turned down all the way so I have no idea what the problem could be.
