Sins: Trinity/Diplomacy v1.31 Hot Fix Released

A v1.31 hot fix for Sins of a Solar Empire: Trinity/Diplomacy is now available for all registered customers via the Impulse client. This update fixes some gameplay issues that were reported by users.
