UI Elements overlap in 21:9 ratio

Hi,

Loving this game at 3440x1440!  However there are a couple of interface issues:

 

a.) In multiplayer, the chat entry box is overlapped by other buttons.  You have to use 'tab' to get to the element as it can't be clicked.

b.) In the campaign screen, the exit and results buttons overlap some of the buildings.  Also I can't see what my $ balance is to buy things (I didn't know it existed until I saw a video of it on someone elses pc!)
