Just a minor feature request: I want to be able to build in adjecent spots, even when I don't have slant drilling. Two reasons:
1. I'm researching slant drilling and want to dispatch my construction across the map before slant drilling is done.
2. I want the adjecency bonus on the present building (accepting the fact that the new building will not produce anything).
