Map Tool Kit UI problem

Can't use or see the buttons under the Paint Type category in the Map Editor Tool and it is only the Paint Type category that is behind the Save/Load and Random Terrain Generator, the others pop in front of it.. I have tried it at all available resolutions in windowed and full screen.
