Dead Man's Draw

So I changed the resolution to blow up on my 4k monitor and it blew up the game (KABOOM). I can no longer play. The resolution went way past the 3800x1891861511 or whatever those numbers are..... I can only see the left corner of the game which means it is somehow 4x the resolution that I set into place. The big problem is i can't access any of options because the game blew up the resolution so far..... So is there something in the game files or via steam that I can access to default the game settings?
