Fences Restore Fails - 3 Monitors

I'm running Fences 4.21 on W10 with three monitors and all is well until I try to restore after replacing a faulty monitor.  The snapshot looks perfect but it does not restore. 

Is there a known problem on Fences with more than two monitors?
