Purchase confirmation button!

Hello,

I've been loving the game, but today after I finished a round I passed my iPad to my son at a point where I was given the choice of paying gold to unlock character avatars. One of us must have tapped one and *poof* nearly all of my gold was blown on a purchase I never would have made.

PLEASE consider putting a confirmation button in for these, and any of the other in-game currency transactions.
