Time that the keys will be delivered?

Is it possible to receive a statement on when the keys will be sent out? Will it be at the same time that Steam usually releases games or will it be midnight or some other time? I am pondering on staying awake or not, since I am from Europe, I have to pre-plan my time a bit more.

I mean the keys from this site, not the early access release itself on Steam. If it is of course the same time, then that is fine.
