On CEOs and delegation of work.

It seems to me we're lacking something big. While we have the option to automatically purchase raw materials for manufacturing purposes, there's a huge lack of other automated buying/selling. (Aside from being able to toggle selling power). In my experience, a "good" CEO would *not* be micromanaging every transaction. S/He'd set down orders: like "sell all iron except our stockpiled 100", or "sell all harvested water as long as the price is above $10", or "If we have less than 100, buy up to 100 aluminum when the price drops below $20". The level of micro-management present is kind-of a killer. If I'm supposed to be the CEO, all evidence suggests I'm bad at being the CEO because I micromanage to the point where every time the colony needs to purchase 1 unit of carbon the order *must* cross my desk.
