[Beta 4] Campaign mission starts with huge debt

Hi,

I've been playing through the campaign mode lately and just ran into this odd bug: As soon as I started a new mission (round 5, I believe) I had 173K in debt. It wasn't carried over from the last mission or from the overall campaign since I had no debt in either of them.
