Single Player LAg

Hey,

I recently bought offworld trading company and I am enjoying it a lot but I have a problem. My pc is above the recommend system requirements but I am having a lag in singeplayer skirmish. The lag I have is when I am moving around the map the screen Jitters and if I go fast in either direction I get these jumps which are realy anoying in these kind of games. I've tried lowering the settings, updating graphicscard drivers and reinstalling on different drives.
