Build menu stuck in the "open" position on beta 10

Pretty straightforward. Right now the build menu starts open from when you found and you can't close it if you click the little tool button in beta 10. It stays open all game and makes the text for solar flares and dust storms blend in. 

As an aside I wouldn't mind that this menu be closed to start the game (or be an option to start with it closed) but I understand why it's open to help new players.
