minor Bug: Tutorial sometimes misses events, prevents progress

Happened twice to me, usually when several things happen in fast succession.

Once (in scientists campaign?) program missed the "build energy generator"-event; box remained unticked for the second generator.
No big issue as, with excess claims, just built another wind generator. Didn't try to reproduce and can't really remember what I did when building finished.

Last tutorial had to aquire second target (Moreno), goal was to get control. As I had enough money just clicked 3 times fast,
status of company changed to controled but box was not ticked. UI also blocked buying more shares, effectively blocking any further progress.
