Match disconnect

Hi, I keep getting disconnected from offworld matches. Either my screen will just freeze at which point I have to disconnect manually, or I just get kicked from a match. It's frustrating, since it is not easy to find a multiplayer match in the first place.

Is there something I should do to maintain a more secure connection? I have cable internet, and I have not lost internet while in any of the matches I've played. I just don't get it.
