Frozen game bug?

Hi, today (15.10.2016) I tried some 4FFA and 1v1 but neither of them are working. Game is just frozen, debt is 200K all the time and if you build your HQ, building are always at 0%. You can chat with other players and whine about that but thats all, whole game is stuck
