Can't download "Intrigue" DLC; directed back to Stardock

I just purchased the "Intrigue" DLC, but when I go to download it, I get a screen with an errormessage referring me back to Stardock. Stardock refers me to a variety of resources (including this forum) which so far hasn't revealed diddly-squat.

Recommendations? Thanks.
