No Sound

Just built a new computer and Offworld Trading Company doesn't have any sound. All other games on Steam are fine, including SoaSE:R.

Sound is turned on in Offworld Trading company, I just don't seem to get any at all. Tried a reinstall, tried verifying local files.

Any suggestions?
