[DIGITALYCHEE] Fences failed to start

Normally, the error in the figure below is caused by the location of the non-C drive, but one of our customers has tried to reinstall the fences on the C drive, but the following error message will still appear after clicking "enter the product key" button.

He also tried to use the script, uninstall and reinstall, but still in "enter the product key" button, after clicking, the message will still be prompted.


Is there a solution to this issue?
