Limited Supply & BCV bought through Game Pass/MS Store not working

Update 5/8/2023: I recently found out Blue Chip Ventures has the same problem as Limited Supply described below.
Original 3/25/2023: I recently bought the Limited Supply DLC through what I guess is the Microsoft Store via the PC Game Pass app. The game recognizes the DLC, and the screen under the main menu option 'Single Player' shows it's installed. I can click on the 'Limited Supply 0/17' icon and it shows the names of the scenarios along with the stars beside them; however, when I go to launch any of the 17 scenarios I get a the starting map with seemingly uninitiated or garbled output and the scenario and game exe become totally unresponsive. I have to use the task manager to end the process. It seems the screen is trying to rapidly refresh during this time as it seems to repeatedly redraw the upper left corner near the 'Pay Debt' button.
I'm running game version 1.0.116.0 as shown in Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > OTC.
Here is a screen shot of the 'Binary Results' scenario upon launch:
Here is a screenshot of the (Limited Supply) 'The Ceres Initiative' scenario:
I'm not sure whether this error has ever happened with the Steam version, but any such solutions may not apply as it's through Game Pass/MS Store.
I did try the following on Windows 11 although it didn't fix the problem:
Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > scroll to Offworld Trading Company > Advanced Options > Then click repair and reset. (Note this will cause progress in all DLC and 'Learn to Play' to be lost.)
I'm not sure what else to do. I realize few people buy the game much less the DLC through Game Pass/MS Store, but it would be nice for them to work and be given the same service, as it is being sold on there. The Europa Wager works fine as does the rest of the game. Maybe its a fix for a future patch?
Thanks.
